Our task was to design a marketplace platform to streamline and digitalize the housing energy renovation process, enabling HOA managers to hire experts and find compliant materials, while auditors and professionals can discover projects, apply online, and build their profiles.

4What We Did
We developed a fully functional marketplace prototype, carefully crafting each step of the user journey to make interactions simple and intuitive. Our design incorporated feedback from user interviews and product tests with key stakeholders—service providers, housing cooperatives, technical supervisors, and auditors—ensuring the platform met real-world needs. The result is a marketplace that not only aligns with infrastructure regulations but also empowers communities by connecting them with trusted services and resources.
